Our Story
Harvest Ridge
We started 10 years ago with almost 8 acres and a blank slate. Little by little our landscape has changed to include a garden plot, green house, waterfall with pond and an herb garden. It keeps growing each year!
Grow
At Harvest Ridge, we grow as basic fruits and veggies and experiment each year with new varieties. My favorite thing to do is dig in the dirt. From peanuts to specialty melons and dragon tongue beans, the possibilities are endless each year. I love making jellies and package fresh dried herbs and spices from home grown ingredients.
